Through a coordinated CAD data classification, and professional project management we achieve high transparency within the entire construction, and can react efficiently to construction adaptations and customer’s requests.
With the design freeze of a construction, parallel procurement, control planning and programming as well as production, assembly preparations and documentation creation are initiated. In addition to planning, the electrification and programming of the machine is an extensive component and has a decisive influence on machine safety. After installation, the machine is put into pre-commissioning and subjected to a detailed functional test based on project-specific specifications. Once the machine has been rebuilt and the final commissioning has been logged at the customer’s site, it passes into the customer’s possession, where it performs its intended task. We continue to provide support and maintenance for machines and systems.
For companies who would like to implement mechanical engineering projects with their own resources or with the help of third parties, we provide consulting support. In particular, we provide consultation on the topics of brainstorming, guidelines, product safety law and risk assessment.
Although today the majority of machines are developed on the basis of powerful CAD systems, these are older systems, which are still planned on a 2D basis. As such, they face challenges when implementing changes. We have responded to this and offer our customers a 3D scan process using light section scanners. In so doing, environmental geometries can be recorded with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The installation location of a machine or other surrounding geometries can also be precisely recorded and included in the planning. The collected data is used for change planning up to the adaptation or new creation of the risk assessment and operating instructions.
